Team Ember is a stock market trading education institute with centres in Kochi, Trivandrum, Kozhikode and Dubai. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website or get in touch with us.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Team Ember. “You” means anyone visiting this website or contacting us through it.
What we collect
This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not take payments. There is no database behind it — the pages are static files.
The enquiry form on our Contact page does not send anything to us. It assembles the details you type into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp.
- Information you choose to send us — your name, the course you're interested in and whatever you write in a WhatsApp message, email or phone call.
- Standard technical information our hosting provider records to serve the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your question, recommend a suitable course, and — if you enrol — to run your classes and mentorship sessions.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Third-party services on this site
Some parts of this website load content from other companies. When that content loads, those companies can see your IP address and may set their own cookies, governed by their privacy policies rather than ours.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — every “Chat”, “Enquire” and “Contact” button opens a WhatsApp conversation with us.
- Google Maps — the maps on our Centres page are embedded from Google.
- YouTube — video players load only after you press play; until then we show a still image.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as we are in contact with you about a course, and student records for as long as you are enrolled plus the period we are required to retain them.
If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to erase it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. If you are contacting us from the UAE, equivalent rights apply under UAE data protection law.

Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry and student information to the members of our team who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Children
Our courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
